AAC 10th Birthday Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period
The promotion opens when the giveaway is published and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 13 September 2026.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Follow the Australian Acupuncture Centre Instagram account.
- Like the official giveaway post.
- Tag a friend in the comments.
Each additional comment tagging a different friend will count as one additional entry.
No purchase or appointment is required to enter.
Prizes

The specific local businesses and vouchers included in the first and second prizes will be determined by AAC and may be subject to availability.
Winner Selection
Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be announced on 14 September 2026 via the Australian Acupuncture Centre social media account and contacted by direct message.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, AAC reserves the right to conduct another random draw.
Acupuncture Prize Conditions
The acupuncture prizes are subject to an initial clinical assessment by an appropriately registered practitioner.
Acupuncture treatment will only be provided where the practitioner considers it clinically appropriate and safe for the individual.
Winning an acupuncture prize does not guarantee treatment where acupuncture is not clinically appropriate.
The acupuncture sessions are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be substituted for another service.
Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
General Conditions
AAC reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or is considered fraudulent or misleading.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred unless otherwise agreed by AAC.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
