Why no online bookings?
At the Australian Acupuncture Centre (AAC), we are committed to providing exceptional and personalized health care to our patients. For this reason, we have chosen to buck the system and not offer online bookings.
Instead, we ask all new and existing patients to contact the clinic to make appointments.
AAC office hours:
Monday 2pm-8pm
Tuesday 9am-3pm
Wednesday 9am-8pm
Thursday 9-3pm
Benefit to you
By contacting the clinic, new patients will have the opportunity to talk to our staff and confirm their suitability for acupuncture and Chinese medicine before even setting foot in the clinic, saving everyone time and money from the outset .
In addition, by contacting the clinic to make a booking, we are able to properly allocate resources to your session, improving your clinical outcomes. Another win-win for everyone involved.
Existing patients will typically be following a health care plan established at their initial consultation, minimising the need to call the clinic and make appointments. Of course, you are welcome to call the clinic during business hours to manage any changes to your schedule.
Returning patients also have the opportunity to confirm the suitability of acupuncture and Chinese medicine for their current health care needs.
While we understand the convenience of online bookings, we believe that our hands-on, personalised approach to scheduling will better serve your overall health care needs and improve your wellness journey with us.
